Pink Blossom store combines thrift and career help, with a little scripture thrown in

PEORIA—The Pink Blossom Thrift & Resources at 3023 N. University St. has a triple purpose: 

• Make used clothing and home decorations available at low prices
• Make affordable and free career counseling and job-search help available 
• Infuse all of it with Scripture

“I always enjoyed thrifting, and previously I was doing a lot of work as a certified career coach,” said Jade Reddick, founder and owner. “I kind of wanted to bring them both together just to help the community.”
