- Carlos Martinez, 90, of Bartonville [was struck by a vehicle](https://www.25newsnow.com/2026/03/24/coroner-ids-elderly-man-killed-pedestrian-vs-vehicle-crash-near-bartonville-grade-school/?ref=amenpeoria.com) near Bartonville Grade School on March 24 and died despite aggressive trauma care at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. *Please pray for his family as they grieve, and for all who loved him.*
- Five adults and two children [were displaced](https://www.25newsnow.com/2026/03/28/peoria-house-fire-displaces-7-firefighters-save-family-pets/?ref=amenpeoria.com) after a fire at their home at 2400 W. Proctor St. in Peoria on Friday, March 27\. Two pets were also rescued. *Please pray for the group’s housing needs and thank God that they weren’t harmed.*
